Answers to Common Questions about our Candles and Service

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most debit & credit cards as well as PayPal.

  • What are your postage costs?

When your order is placed, it will take 2-3 working days to process and pack your order ready for shipping.

Once your order has been beautifully packed it will then be sent by the delivery option you have selected.

​

Royal Mail Second Class, Post and packaging costs are £3.95, delivery between 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail First Class, Post and packaging costs are £4.95, delivery aim within 1 working day.

If you require something quicker, please email us at info@thecooriecompany.com and we will do everything we can to get it to you.

Currently we only ship within the UK but if you do live internationally and would like our products please do get in touch.

  • What is your return policy?

I hope you will be delighted with your order. However if you are not completely satisfied please notify us of your wish to cancel your order  within 14 days from the day after delivery.

​

A full refund (the cost of goods and the original standard delivery costs) will be given within 14 days from the cancellation notification. 

​

Where goods are to be returned to us you would have 14 days in which to send the goods back to us in its original condition and packaging.​

  • What is your cancellation Policy?

Under the distance selling regulation you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the goods. To cancel your order you can send us a notice of cancellation by email to info@thecooriecompany.com and return the goods to us in their original unopened and unused conditions within 14 days. 
Your statutory rights are not affected.
